Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Figurify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service

Figurify provides AI‑assisted image generation that converts photos into action‑figure style visuals. Outputs are generated based on your inputs and selected styles and may vary in quality or timing.

3. Accounts & Credits

• Credits allow you to generate content. Credit purchases are processed via the App Store and are non‑transferable.
• We may revoke access or content for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
• Generated results are retained up to 20 days by default; deleting an item removes it from our storage and your gallery view.

4. Your Content

• You must have the rights to the photos you upload. Do not upload illegal or infringing content.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

5. Intellectual Property

Figurify, its branding, software, and curated styles are owned by us or our licensors. Generated outputs are provided “as is” without warranty.

6. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple and subject to App Store terms. For billing issues, please contact Apple Support. Where applicable, we may assist at hallo@berndigital.ch.

7. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.
• No attempts to disrupt or misuse the service.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
