Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the OutfitMorph mobile application operated by us.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as weekly, monthly, or yearly) depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
Our Service allows you to upload photos and generate new images ("Content"). You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a license to process the content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree not to use the Service to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the results generated by our AI models will be 100% accurate or realistic in all cases.
In no event shall OutfitMorph be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You have full control over your data. You can delete any individual clothing item or generated photo directly within the app by long-pressing the item and selecting "Delete". Once deleted, the image is permanently removed from our secure servers immediately.
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to the in-app Settings page (gear icon on the home screen) and tap on "Delete Account". This action is irreversible and wipes all your uploaded photos, outfits, and history from our systems.
Absolutely. Your photos are private and are only used by our AI to generate your try-on results. We never share, sell, or make your photos public. They are stored securely using Google's Firebase infrastructure.
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. You will keep your premium access until the end of the current billing period.
