2. Lokale App-Daten
SwissDrive Pro benötigt kein Benutzerkonto. Antworten, Sitzungen, Lernfortschritt, Statistiken, Lesezeichen, XP, Erfolge sowie Sprach- und Darstellungseinstellungen werden grundsätzlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.
Diese Lerndaten werden nicht für Werbung verkauft. Du kannst sie über „Alle Daten löschen“ oder durch Deinstallation entfernen.
3. Käufe und Adapty
Für Kaufangebote, Premiumstatus und die Wiederherstellung von In-App-Käufen verwenden wir Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc., USA). Dabei können IP-Adresse, technische Geräte- und App-Daten, Installations- oder Profilkennungen, Sprache, Zeitzone, Kaufereignisse, Produktkennung und Premiumstatus bearbeitet werden.
Apple beziehungsweise Google wickeln die Zahlung ab. BernDigital erhält keine vollständigen Zahlungskartendaten. Es gelten zusätzlich die Datenschutzbestimmungen des jeweiligen Stores.
4. Website und Support
Beim Websiteaufruf können Serverprotokolle wie IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, Browser, Betriebssystem, aufgerufene Seite und verweisende Seite zur sicheren Bereitstellung und Fehleranalyse gespeichert werden. Die statische Website setzt derzeit keine eigenen Analyse- oder Werbecookies ein.
Bei einer E-Mail bearbeiten wir Adresse, Nachricht und freiwillige Angaben zur Beantwortung deiner Anfrage.
5. Empfänger, Ausland und Aufbewahrung
Daten werden nur soweit erforderlich an Hostinganbieter, Adapty, Apple oder Google übermittelt. Bei Bearbeitung ausserhalb der Schweiz werden, soweit erforderlich, angemessene Garantien eingesetzt. Lokale Daten bleiben bis zur Löschung gespeichert; Supportdaten nur so lange, wie es für Bearbeitung und gesetzliche Pflichten erforderlich ist.
6. Rechte und Kontakt
Du kannst im Rahmen des anwendbaren Rechts Auskunft, Berichtigung, Herausgabe, Einschränkung oder Löschung verlangen und einer Bearbeitung widersprechen. Schreib an hallo@berndigital.ch. Du kannst dich zudem an den EDÖB wenden.

2. Données locales de l’application
SwissDrive Pro ne nécessite aucun compte. Les réponses, sessions, progrès, statistiques, favoris, XP, succès ainsi que les réglages de langue et d’affichage sont en principe enregistrés localement sur votre appareil.
Ces données d’apprentissage ne sont pas vendues à des fins publicitaires. Vous pouvez les supprimer avec « Effacer toutes les données » ou en désinstallant l’application.
3. Achats et Adapty
Nous utilisons Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc., États-Unis) pour les offres d’achat, le statut Premium et la restauration des achats intégrés. Adapty peut traiter l’adresse IP, des informations techniques sur l’appareil et l’application, des identifiants d’installation ou de profil, la langue, le fuseau horaire, les événements d’achat, l’identifiant du produit et le statut Premium.
Le paiement est traité par Apple ou Google. BernDigital ne reçoit pas les données complètes de votre carte de paiement. Les politiques de confidentialité du magasin concerné s’appliquent également.
4. Site web et assistance
Lors de la consultation du site, des journaux techniques tels que l’adresse IP, l’heure, le navigateur, le système, la page consultée et la page d’origine peuvent être enregistrés pour assurer la sécurité et analyser les erreurs. Le site statique n’utilise actuellement aucun cookie publicitaire ou analytique propre.

5. Destinataires, étranger et conservation
Les données ne sont transmises que si nécessaire aux hébergeurs, à Adapty, Apple ou Google. Lorsque des données sont traitées hors de Suisse, des garanties appropriées sont utilisées lorsque la loi l’exige. Les données locales restent jusqu’à leur suppression; les demandes d’assistance sont conservées uniquement pendant la durée nécessaire.

Il pagamento viene gestito da Apple o Google. BernDigital non riceve i dati completi della carta. Si applicano inoltre le informative del rispettivo store.
4. Sito web e assistenza
Durante la visita possono essere registrati log tecnici come indirizzo IP, ora, browser, sistema, pagina richiesta e pagina di provenienza per sicurezza e analisi degli errori. Il sito statico non utilizza attualmente cookie propri per analisi o pubblicità.
Se ci contatti via e-mail, trattiamo indirizzo, messaggio e dati forniti volontariamente per rispondere.
5. Destinatari, estero e conservazione
I dati vengono trasmessi solo se necessario a hosting provider, Adapty, Apple o Google. Se il trattamento avviene fuori dalla Svizzera, vengono adottate garanzie adeguate ove richiesto. I dati locali restano fino alla cancellazione; le richieste di assistenza solo per il tempo necessario.

2. Data stored locally in the app
SwissDrive Pro does not require an account. Answers, sessions, learning progress, statistics, bookmarks, XP, achievements and language or display settings are generally stored locally on your device.
We do not sell this learning data for advertising. You can remove it with “Clear All Data” or by uninstalling the app.
3. Purchases and Adapty
We use Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc., USA) to display purchase offers, manage Premium status and restore in-app purchases. Adapty may process IP address, technical device and app data, installation or profile identifiers, language, time zone, purchase events, product identifiers and Premium status.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. BernDigital does not receive complete payment card details. The privacy terms of the relevant store also apply.

4. Website and support
When you visit the website, technical server logs such as IP address, time, browser, operating system, requested page and referring page may be stored for secure delivery and error analysis. The static website currently uses no first-party advertising or analytics cookies.
If you email us, we process your address, message and voluntarily supplied information to answer your request.
5. Recipients, international processing and retention
Data is disclosed only where necessary to hosting providers, Adapty, Apple or Google. Where processing occurs outside Switzerland, appropriate safeguards are used when required. Local data remains until you delete it; support enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, delivery, restriction or deletion of your data and object to processing. Contact hallo@berndigital.ch. You may also contact the Swiss FDPIC.
