SwissDrive Pro wird von BernDigital, Schweiz, angeboten. Kontakt: hallo@berndigital.ch. Mit Download, Kauf oder Nutzung akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen sowie ergänzend die Bedingungen des Apple App Store beziehungsweise von Google Play.
2. Zweck und Unabhängigkeit
SwissDrive Pro ist ein unabhängiges Lernangebot zur Vorbereitung auf die Schweizer Theorieprüfung. Die App ist kein amtliches Produkt und nicht mit ASTRA, asa, kantonalen Strassenverkehrsämtern oder anderen Behörden verbunden. Sie ersetzt keine offizielle Unterlage, Fahrschule oder Rechtsberatung.
3. Inhalte und Prüfungserfolg
Wir bemühen uns um korrekte und aktuelle Inhalte. Verkehrsregeln und Prüfungsanforderungen können sich ändern; Fehler oder veraltete Angaben können nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Die App garantiert weder Prüfungszulassung noch Prüfungserfolg. Massgeblich sind aktuelle Gesetze und Behördeninformationen.
4. Käufe
Kostenpflichtige Inhalte werden vor dem Kauf mit Preis und Umfang im jeweiligen Store angezeigt. Zahlung, Belege, Erstattungen und Wiederherstellung erfolgen durch Apple oder Google. Ein als „Lifetime“ bezeichneter Kauf gilt für die Lebensdauer des angebotenen Produkts auf unterstützten Plattformen und begründet keinen Anspruch auf einen unbegrenzten Betrieb jeder Funktion.
5. Lizenz und zulässige Nutzung
Du erhältst ein persönliches, nicht ausschliessliches und nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht für private Lernzwecke. Design, Code, Texte und Marken sind geschützt. Untersagt sind insbesondere Weiterverkauf, automatisiertes Auslesen, Manipulation von Kaufstatus, Umgehung von Schutzmechanismen und Nutzung für konkurrierende Angebote, soweit keine zwingende gesetzliche Ausnahme gilt.
6. Verfügbarkeit, Haftung und Recht
Funktionen können aus technischen, rechtlichen, sicherheitsbezogenen oder wirtschaftlichen Gründen geändert oder eingestellt werden. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für indirekte Schäden, Datenverlust oder einen nicht bestandenen Test. Zwingende Haftung bleibt unberührt. Es gilt Schweizer Recht; zwingende Verbraucherschutzrechte und Gerichtsstände bleiben vorbehalten.

SwissDrive Pro est un outil indépendant de préparation à l’examen théorique suisse. Il ne s’agit pas d’un produit officiel et il n’est lié ni à l’OFROU, ni à l’asa, ni aux services cantonaux. L’application ne remplace pas les documents officiels, une auto-école ou un conseil juridique.
3. Contenu et réussite
Nous visons un contenu exact et actuel. Les règles et exigences peuvent changer et des erreurs ne peuvent être exclues. L’application ne garantit ni l’admission ni la réussite à l’examen. Les lois et informations des autorités font foi.
4. Achats
Le prix et l’étendue des contenus payants sont affichés dans le magasin avant l’achat. Paiement, reçus, remboursements et restauration sont gérés par Apple ou Google. Un achat « Lifetime » vaut pour la durée de vie du produit proposé sur les plateformes prises en charge et ne garantit pas le maintien illimité de chaque fonction.
5. Licence et utilisation autorisée
Vous recevez un droit personnel, non exclusif et non transférable pour un apprentissage privé. Le design, le code, les textes et les marques sont protégés. La revente, l’extraction automatisée, la manipulation des achats, le contournement des protections et l’utilisation concurrentielle sont interdits, sous réserve du droit impératif.
6. Disponibilité, responsabilité et droit
Des fonctions peuvent être modifiées ou supprimées pour des raisons techniques, juridiques, de sécurité ou économiques. Dans les limites de la loi, nous ne répondons pas des dommages indirects, pertes de données ou échecs à l’examen. Le droit suisse s’applique; les droits impératifs des consommateurs restent réservés.

4. Acquisti
Prezzo e contenuto delle funzioni a pagamento sono mostrati nello store prima dell’acquisto. Pagamenti, ricevute, rimborsi e ripristino sono gestiti da Apple o Google. Un acquisto «Lifetime» vale per la vita del prodotto offerto sulle piattaforme supportate e non garantisce il funzionamento illimitato di ogni funzione.

We aim to provide accurate and current content. Traffic rules and exam requirements may change, and errors or outdated information cannot be completely excluded. The app does not guarantee admission to or success in an exam. Current law and official authority information remain authoritative.
4. Purchases
Price and scope of paid content are displayed in the relevant store before purchase. Payments, receipts, refunds and restoration are handled by Apple or Google. A purchase described as “Lifetime” applies for the lifetime of the offered product on supported platforms and does not promise that every feature will operate indefinitely.
5. Licence and acceptable use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app for private study. Its design, code, text and marks are protected. Resale, automated extraction, purchase-status manipulation, circumvention of protections and use for competing products are prohibited unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Features may be changed or discontinued for technical, legal, security or commercial reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost data or a failed exam.
